FieldSense consists of an intuitive and simple mobile app along with a powerful web-based dashboard that together form an effective sales force tracking, monitoring and reporting system.

  • Sales Automation: FieldSense helps the managers stay completely on top of their teams by letting them track every field activity like, the locations of their sales force, their scheduled & completed visits and their meeting outcomes. FieldSense also gives them the ability to interact with their field & sales forces using closed-group instant messaging.
  • Workflows: FieldSense integrates convenient workflows in order to control and oversee on-field expense reimbursements, attendance management and even some elements of a CRM-backend (coming soon).
  • Improved Productivity: The FieldSense mobile app allows your field staff to perform virtually all their routine administrative tasks from field locations like, submitting visit reports & expense reimbursement claims, scheduling field visits and recording their outcomes and follow-up tasks, and best of all, to even punch in and punch out of their attendance system and check in and check out of their scheduled visits. Your field staff can access the latest information on the customer, collect real-time data through customized business forms, flag their meeting-statuses to ensure no distractions during that time and validate addresses, locations, contacts and more – along with complete location awareness.

FieldSense is a ‘freemium’ system, i.e. the core system is free to use for up to 25-users forever. There will be certain features that will only be available in the Premium flavor, e.g. target setting and monitoring, which will be a charged version.FieldSense is chargeable for over 25-users.

In the Free plan, FieldSense allows free usage for up to 25 users. For a requirement of more than 25 users, you are advised to opt in for the Premium Plan in which the charge per user will be ₹250 per month. Let’s look at an example- You have a requirement for 100 users. You decide to evaluate the services of FieldSense with 25 users and post satisfactory evaluation, you decide to upgrade to the Premium Plan that meets your actual requirement for 100 Users. In this case, FieldSense will charge ₹250 for all 100 users on a monthly basis. So the total monthly charges for 100 users will be: ₹250×100=₹25,000.

You can create a free account by filling out this signup form, post which you can immediately start using your account, but if you’d like any additional assistance or expertise, you can schedule a demo with us by filling up this form. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and walk you through setting up your account, among other things. However if you’d like to get in touch with us regarding something else, please write to us at support@fieldsense.in.

After you submit this form, we’ll get in touch with you via screen sharing applications like Skype or TeamViewer in order to conduct the demo. If you’re located in either Delhi, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, or Mumbai (where our headquarters is located), we can schedule a face-to-face visit instead, if you’d prefer it.

With a FieldSense Premium Plan, you’re eligible for whatsapp, telephonic and email support along with visual guidance in order to ensure that the best practices are followed. Additionally, your issues/queries will be prioritised and resolved as soon as possible. We have a dedicated support team to assist our customers from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST.

FieldSense’s mobile app comes with a powerful and user-friendly web-based dashboard to form an effective sales force tracking, monitoring and reporting system.

FieldSense’s mobile app is used by field and sales personnel.

  • Reporting Managers, Sales Heads or even the Directors who want to keep track of Field activities
  • The Human Resources team to track attendance and process payrolls
  • The Accounts team to manage reimbursement claims
  • The Inside Sales team to keep closely coordinated with the field and sales force
  • Field and sales representatives to add customers and view reports when they are off field
  • Admin personnel to add, delete and edit Users and Customers as well as to manage the account and control other settings.

The mobile device (Handset & Tablets) should have an Android or Apple Operating System, an internet plan (2G, 3G or 4G) and be GPS enabled for location tracking.

Currently, the FieldSense mobile app runs on Android and iOS platforms. For back office operations, FieldSense has a powerful web-based dashboard.

A user can login to his FieldSense account using either his mobile number or email address. However while creating user accounts, (including the Admin account) it is mandatory to provide your official work email id.

The Punch-in/Punch-out feature has to do with Attendance, i.e. the field staff can punch-in to work right from the field, and punch-out when he/she’s done with his/her last visit for the day. Managers can see the Punch-in and Punch-out status of their subordinates at one glance on their web dashboard. Checking-in and Checking-out has to do with on-field events like meetings – this allows your field staff to indicate that they’ve entered or exited the vicinity of the area in which their visit was scheduled. This feature enables managers to check the availability of their on-field personnel from the web-dashboard, via their activity status.

Yes, a field user can submit expense claims without them being linked to a visit, like mobile or internet bills which should not be linked to a visit. However, linking expenses to visits is the best way to make use of FieldSense’s integrated workflow system. In most cases, your expenses should be mapped to visits as this helps to add convenience and accountability to the expense reimbursement process.

Yes, a manager, from his web dashboard, can assign visits to on-field personnel. Once assigned the on-field user immediately gets an SMS notification on his/her mobile.

No. Visits can only be scheduled for customers who are added to the customer address book of your FieldSense account. Learn about adding customers through our video tutorial.

NO! FieldSense DOES NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS to any of the personal contacts or any personal data/files/photographs/videos of any of its users.The calling ability within the mobile app allows the system to read and dial ONLY those contact numbers that have been added to the "FieldSense User List" by the admin user. Personal contacts outside this FieldSense Contact List remain inaccessible to both - the FieldSense App, as well as its users (including the Admin Users). In addition, FieldSense does not have the ability to hear/record any call - neither personal, nor the ones between FieldSense User List contacts.

We believe in giving credit where it’s due! All you have to do is send us a list of the potential customers that you’re trying to onboard, and if they do signup, we’ll know exactly whom to credit for that.

Building on the philosophy laid out in the previous question, you’ll get 20% of the revenue for every sale made to a new customer, and 10% of the revenue for every renewal.

  • Telephonic and whatsapp support will be charged additionally as part of a support plan which free accounts (with less than 25 users) will have to pay for. However, premium accounts (with more than 25 users) will get all forms of support - through email, whatsapp, telephone, etc - as a free add on to the base price of ₹250/user/month

Our policy takes into account the amount of time that an account has been using FieldSense for. The amount to be refunded will be transferred pro-rata on the basis of time elapsed after the use of FieldSense for that account was contractually agreed to.
